Turning costs into profits: How REBA turned critical tools into revenue generators

REBA generated revenue from two avenues:

Lead Retrieval App Revenue Sharing: fielddrive shares revenue with organizers every time an exhibitor purchases a license to use our fielddrive Leads app. The more licenses that are bought by the exhibitors, the more organizers earn. REBA took full advantage of this opportunity and promoted our app to their exhibitors, allowing them to get the most out of the event while also earning significant revenue themselves in the process.

Kiosk and Badge Branding: REBA offered the opportunity for an exhibitor to sponsor the branding space on the fielddrive kiosks, further boosting their earnings.

When put together, the financial benefits from both avenues allowed REBA to make a profit of 20% against their cost of investment!

Before partnering with fielddrive, REBA faced several challenges:

Onsite Badge Printing: Though the badges were printed onsite, they were being printed separately for delegates and sponsors, causing inefficiency and delays. Caroline remarked, “We'd have the delegates on one side and the sponsors on the other. It was slow and painful!”

Crowd Control: Efficiently managing attendee flow to avoid bottlenecks was a major concern.

Integration with Existing Systems: REBA was looking for a tech partner that could provide seamless integration with their existing membership experience platform from Pixl8.

Lead Retrieval: REBA also wanted to offer a smooth and easy-to-use lead retrieval app to their exhibitors.

Efficient Onsite Badging: Since fielddrive supports live badging in full color, there was no need to have separate exhibitor and attendee lines; efficient and unified onsite badging accelerated the event flow, and built a much smoother experience for all

Custom Badge Printing: fielddrive printed customized badges with personal event schedules printed on the back for each attendee. This allowed each attendee to keep track during the event of the various sessions that they enlisted for, with a visual reminder. Extremely convenient! Caroline added, “Attendees could just look at the back of their badge to see their schedule. It was great!”

Lead Retrieval App: Our exhibitor-first lead retrieval app, fielddrive Leads, enabled exhibitors and sponsors to collect and manage leads quickly and efficiently.  Caroline highlighted, “fielddrive Leads was very positively received by sponsors. It’s intuitive and the real-time updates were a big hit.”

I would say that everything that we do with you guys (fielddrive) aligns with our own philosophy. We are a high-end, world-class event. So it makes sense to use a world-class badging system.
